For my need I modified the component :
- the summary of the season appears in the table layout.
- your team appears in bold in this layout (the classification of teams)
- the points appears in 3rd position (Rank,Teams,Points,...)
- insert an input in the admin view for manage the score when the team forfeit (in some sports there is a difference between loose and forfeit).
- in the module next matches, view only the next matchs of your team.

If you (beardev team) want I can give you my version to upgrade the components.
