Be sure you already have folder 'BearLeague' in Joomla media folder.

if no - your problem similar the next:

Q: I'm install component. Create menu item to the Season but when i try to go to the Season I see blank page...
A: Your 'media' folder located at home_dir/media have no write access, therefore our language file doesn't copied. Set 755 permissions to 'media' folder and reinstall the component.
