I've installed tis very very nice component into my site and started organize my leagues

I intent to fully translate all the components - modules in Greek Language. If i change

en-GB.com_bearleague.ini it's ok?

yes in this file you will change BEtranslation and FE translation you will nedd to make in the confiuration of component:

1. Go to BE -> Componets -> BearLeague -> Language
2. Create new Language
3. and translate all the words to Greaak Language
4. Save the language and make it default

foufhs it's all done but to test it i think tha first of all it must be changed in the new version (then you can select Greek Language in your main joomla and be inherited by bearleague)
